# Adding Candidates to HRMLESS


## 1. Export Candidates From Indeed (If You Do Not Use an ATS)

- Go to **Indeed** and navigate to your **Candidates** section.
- Go to **New Candidates**.
- Select all candidates you want to import.
- Click **Export**.
- Choose **Export Selected**.
- Download the exported candidate file to your device.

## 2. Import Candidates Into HRMLESS

- Log in to HRMLESS.
- Click on **Positions** and select the position you want to import candidates into.
- At the top of the page, click **Import Candidates**.
- Upload the candidate file you downloaded from Indeed.

## 3. Automated Candidate Outreach

- Once the file is imported, HRMLESS will automatically:
  - Send each candidate a **text message**.
  - Send each candidate an **email**.
  - Both messages will invite them to complete their **online interview**.
  - The message includes a direct **link to their interview**.
