Tyler Grant is the Chief Operating Officer at HRMLESS, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across military operations, technology, business development, and organizational growth. Tyler spent his military career in the U.S. Air Force leading teams, managing complex technical operations, and building the processes and capabilities required to execute high-stakes missions in austere environments.
Before joining HRMLESS, Tyler served as CEO of 7 Eagle Group, where he helped scale the business, expand employer partnerships, and build programs and technology to connect over 3,000 transitioning service members with meaningful post-military careers. His work spanned revenue growth, strategic partnerships, workforce development, and the creation of 7 Eagle Academy and 7 Eagle Connect.
At HRMLESS, Tyler brings a builder’s mindset to business operations and growth, helping turn strategy into execution through stronger systems, scalable processes, and customer-focused solutions. He is passionate about helping organizations operate more effectively, empowering teams to perform at their best, and using technology to solve real-world business challenges.
