Adding Candidates to HRMLESS

1. Export Candidates From Indeed (If You Do Not Use an ATS)

• Go to Indeed and navigate to your Candidates section.
• Go to New Candidates.
• Select all candidates you want to import.
• Click Export.
• Choose Export Selected.
• Download the exported candidate file to your device.

2. Import Candidates Into HRMLESS

• Log in to HRMLESS.
• Click on Positions and select the position you want to import candidates into.
• At the top of the page, click Import Candidates.
• Upload the candidate file you downloaded from Indeed.

3. Automated Candidate Outreach

• Once the file is imported, HRMLESS will automatically:
  • Send each candidate a text message.
  • Send each candidate an email.
  • Both messages will invite them to complete their online interview.
  • The message includes a direct link to their interview.
